About Department:

The Political Science Department was permanently established  at Regional College in 1997, with a three-four year program duration. The teaching programme of the department is based on a comprehensive social science approach that integrates and interrogates sociological,  economical,  philosophical, cultural, and legal approaches.  It encourages a comprehensive study in the field of politics , keeping especially the nation and state in reality.

The department of Political Science has been attempting to keep civic sense within the human being for bringing development to our society and good governance by changing the informal political system into a formal political system without discrimination or classification in our society, state, and nation.  Since its inception, the department has been extremely rich in academic potential, comprising different faculties known widely for their research and teaching abilities.
